Ideal for contractors, travel workers, and industrial crews.

This home is centrally located and close to HEB grocery, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. Tree lined with oaks and mostly homeowners. No party's or events allowed. Plenty of outdoor shared space with a garage and covered patio, enclosed backyard and raised deck under oak trees for relaxing. Gated driveway.

Other Details to Note

There are five total rooms available in this property. The front door access code is 4613. This door does NOT self-lock. Therefore it must be locked manually when entering or exiting the home. Adults only please. Room rentals are available to both male and female guests. So please be cognizant of this when booking. No overnight visitors unless pre-approved by management. Upkeep of the common areas (kitchen, living room, dining room, and the shared bathrooms are shared responsibilities amongst all guests. Please be respectful of each other to help keep the home clean and comfortable. Cleaning supplies, mop, bucket, brooms, etc. are available in the garage. A rechargeable mini vacuum is available next to the desk in the main living room. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Driveway parking is reserved for the back bedroom which is included in that room's rent. All other parking is on the street. Trash pickup for the entire house is weekly, on Wednesday's. You assistance to help move the trash cans to the curb on Tuesday evenings is appreciated. Personal consumable supplies and toiletries are each guests responsibility and not provided by the house. Extra trash bags for kitchen and bathrooms sometimes will be provided. Smart TV's are provided in each bedroom with wi-fi service to streaming services that you can log into with your account. No pets.

No children unless pre-approved. - Smoking/vaping is allowed outside/outdoors only. - Access to the BBQ pit and fire pit is shared with supplies provided by users. - Common and shared areas upkeep is a shared responsibility amongst all guests who use the areas such as the kitchen, dining room, living room, garage, and common/shared bathroom and outdoor areas, patio, and deck. Please be respectful of other guests and clean up after yourself. If there are any upkeep or cleanliness issues please report these to us as soon as possible for resolution. - Temperature is thermostat controlled and set to not go lower than 70. - Cleaning supplies, mop and bucket, etc. are located in the garage and under the kitchen sink for use as needed. - A self charging vacuum cleaner is located in kitchen area next to the freezer. - When checking out, please remove any food items from the shared refrigerator that belong to you unless you wish them to be left for others to use. This house is located in a well kept, quiet tree lined neighborhood comprised mainly of homeowners. It is quiet and serene.

Guest Access

Guest access to common areas of the house include the kitchen, breakfast/dining area, living room, hallway (shared) bathroom, formal dining/sitting room, garage and all outdoor spaces. The Bowflex workout unit in the garage is also available to everyone. The driveway is reserved for the back apartment. Front outdoor areas are also available including the smoking area in the red rock area just inside the brick wall.
