Guest access is available to all common areas as noted previously, which include the living room, kitchen, breakfast area and table, formal dining room, garage and outdoors patio and deck. The common shared bathroom is also accessible. The driveway is reserved to the outside apartment which will be available at a later date. Driveway parking outside of the metal gate is allowed until the back apartment is booked. Street parking is free and allowed. Please be cognizant of neighbors.
