There are four total rooms available in this property. The front door access code is 1244. This door self-locks. Adults only please. Room rentals are available to both male and female guests. So please be cognizant of this when booking. No overnight visitors unless pre-approved by management. Upkeep of the common areas (kitchen, living room, dining room, and the shared bathrooms are shared responsibilities amongst all guests. Please be respectful of each other to help keep the home clean and comfortable. Cleaning supplies, mop, bucket, brooms, etc. are available in the garage. A rechargeable mini vacuum and regular corded vacuum is available next to the freezer and laundry area. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Driveway parking is available to all guests. All other parking is on the street. Trash pickup for the entire house is weekly, on Monday morning by the city. Your assistance to help move the trash cans to the curb on Sunday evenings is appreciated. Personal consumable supplies and toiletries are each guests responsibility and not provided by the house. Extra trash bags for kitchen and bathrooms sometimes will be provided. Smart TV's are provided in each bedroom with wi-fi service to streaming services that you can log into with your account. No pets. Smoking and vaping allowed outdoors only, please.

Please be respectful of other guests and clean up after yourself. If there are any upkeep or cleanliness issues please report these to us as soon as possible for resolution. - Temperature is thermostat controlled and set to not go lower than 70. - Cleaning supplies, mop and bucket, etc. are located in the garage and under the kitchen sink for use as needed. - A self charging vacuum cleaner is located in kitchen area next to the freezer. - When checking out, please remove any food items from the shared refrigerator that belong to you unless you wish them to be left for others to use. Public transit options are limited: Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority (CCRTA) operates routes in the metro area but direct frequent service to Portland is limited; expect to transfer in Corpus Christi for wider bus coverage. Rideshare and taxis operate in the area but can be slower outside peak hours. For local short trips cycling or walking is feasible within downtown Portland and nearby commercial areas; most longer trips require a vehicle.
