We offer four private bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, and closet space and each has an HD “smart” TV for your comfort. One bedroom is a master bedroom with its own full bathroom. The main hallway bathroom with two vanities is accessible to the remaining bedrooms.

Smoking and/or vaping is allowed only outdoors on the property. Please do not drop cigarette butts on the ground. Ash trays are provided outside. No indoor smoking or vaping is acceptable and will result in an extra deep cleaning fee of $500 if our cleaning team or a client reports residual smoke odor in the house. We also ask pet waste from furry family members must be picked up. Scoopers and waste bags are provided. No events or parties allowed during quiet hours which are from 11:00pm to 8:00am. Max people for events is 15 (daytime). Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Our neighbors appreciate it.

We love pets and all are welcome. There is a maximum of three (3) animals allowed per stay including any service or support animal. There is a separate $50 pet fee to accommodate all of your furry family members. Please clean up after them. Bags and scooper are provided. These are located in the garage. Also, please try to keep your fur babies off furniture and bedding. Your cooperation is appreciated by all guests. Our goal as your host(s) is to provide you and your family/guests/team a sparkling clean and sanitized home to enjoy for your stay. This process includes pest control treatment that is done quarterly by a professional pest control service. We also treat as needed between regularly scheduled treatments. As much as we try to keep these six legged "uninvited" guests (pests) from making an appearance during your stay, sometimes they do. They seem to love our warm, humid, coastal climate (Spring and Summer especially). If you see a pest, let us know. Your understanding is appreciated very much.
